The evidence, that is. Nintendo has fixed an exploit in Mario Kart which gave cheaters the ability to set ridiculous records. Not only that but they destroyed the evidence by removing records set by the cheaters. Way to go Nintendo! It’s a good thing they were able to fix the exploit without reissuing copies of the game.
